Unexpected lessons

My vanity of thinking that I know what I am looking for all the time in terms of lessons and change, cause me to become self centred and arrogant. The unexpected lesson is a powerful reminder of my limitations and the need for help. Certain things that seem out of place help re-arrange my thinking. I am grateful that I am confronted with having to look at myself.
